Milan Four Seasons €250m debt rejig by Carlton with UK fund

Italian property company Gruppo Statuto, owner of the prestigious Four Seasons Milan hotel, has restructured €250m debt on the asset with a loan from UK-based hedge fund Children’s Investment Fund arranged by US-based Carlton Group.
