  • Save for later

Institutional capital continues to pour into the European market, despite widespread economic, political, and macro concerns. The question we’re hearing most often right now is if the current demand for commercial real estate will continue into 2019. While we don’t have a crystal ball, our panelists will consider the impact of continued political uncertainty and rising interest rates on the European market – and try to provide their best analysis of what could happen in the coming year.

Discussion points will include:

  • What challenges will 2019 bring for the European property markets?
  • Will increasing interest rates have any effect on Europe’s real estate markets next year?
  • What impact will Brexit have on property in 2019?
  • Will real estate returns remain as attractive compared to other asset classes?
  • Is there still value in core properties in core markets?
  • What secondary markets and alternative assets should investors be looking at?

Agenda:

09:00    Panel discussion
10:15      Close
